Automation Control
Starting from the most traditional auction system of hog, flower,
fruit and vegetables, MiTAC Inc. has build up its leading position
in the automation and control territory. The auction system made by
MiTAC has improved the initial disorder in a wide range. In the
heavy industrial and manufacturing field, MiTAC has also implemented
the process control system according to client requirements, which
makes products under precise control of the best quality. After
years of effort, MiTAC has moved on into the strict process control
of semiconductor and photoelectric fields enjoying 80% marketing
share in Taiwan and specializing in the Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition (SCADA) system of gas, power, chiller, chemical, DI
water and clean room. Nowadays, MiTAC is successfully duplicating
its experiences and pursuing new business opportunities in PRC.
Among the transportation fields, emphasizing efficiency and prompt
service, MiTAC has remarkable past performances on the nationwide
road, highway, railway, MRT, High Speed Railway and aviation

Presently, MiTAC has been aggressively expanding the application of
Smart Cards. The "Easy Card" used throughout the Taipei urban region
is a specific example for demonstrating the multi-functions of Smart

MRT system:Automatic fare collection system, traffic control
system, cab simulators, and communication system in Tamsui, Hsintien,
Mucha and Neihu lines.
High Speed Railway system:Automatic fare collection
(ticketing, reservation, billing system), train traffic control
system, and data network system.
Aviation system:Software maintenance and system operation of
Air Traffic Control for the Civil Aeronautics Administration,
M.O.T.C.
Smart Card application:Taipei Easy Card, which integrates the
MRT, bus and parking management, and its inherited applications.
